Seller note:

John Deere X700 with 194 hours. Bought it with 96 hours on it. It has Ag tread tires and a 54 inch mower deck.
We moved back into town, so we don't need it anymore.
I have always used synthetic oil in the engine, and synthetic grease on the bearings. This is the Cadillac of mowers, so I treated it that way.
There are a few scratches on the hood
