This adorable houndstooth matching dog carrier, leash, and collar were purchased from JCPenney Home Collection and sold for $39.99. The tag is still on the carrier. To my knowledge we haven't used these items other than to try the collar on the dog, which was to big for our dog...I think it is for a small but not miniature or toy size dog. Contact
